Goodwill Group of Schools was founded by Pastor Dele Satoye. The school took off with seven (7) students in Jss I and three(3) students in Jss II on 13th September,1999. The ship of the school was steered by then pioneering principal-Mr Adeniyi M.A, a retired Vice-Principal with four (4) permanent teachers and eight(8) part-time teachers.
By the special grace of God, the school began to grow from strength to strength and received wider publicity and popularity from far and near towns and villages. Today, the school has eight (8) classroom blocks of a total of twenty four (24) classrooms with well-equipped laboratories, a well stocked library, a typing pool and a computer room with good internet facilities.
 In addition, the school has a stand-by generator. The school is presently teaching all subjects in Junior Secondary School as well as Senior Secondary School and over the years has been keeping good record in both WAEC and NECO examinations till date there are about fifty four (54) regular teachers at the school under the leadership of an able and dynamic Principal-Mrs. Bosede Gbemisola Satoye
